Acupuncture is a time-tested traditional modality that utilizes fine needles placed in specific locations on the body called acupuncture points. Most people (even those with a fear of needles) find the process calming and relaxing. Some even fall asleep!
Acupuncture can help with many issues – mental health, digestive support, healthy skincare, women’s health ie. fertility and hormone balancing, insomnia, and my specialty – pain management.
