Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
No-shows or appointments missed without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Late cancellations and missed appointments prevent us from offering that time to other clients and directly impact our therapists and estheticians.
If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you; however, your service may need to be shortened to avoid delaying the next scheduled appointment, and the full service price will still apply.

Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive a few minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time to settle in.
If you arrive late, we will do our best to provide your service within the remaining appointment time. To avoid delaying the next guest, your service may be shortened, and the full service price will still apply.
Guests arriving significantly late may be asked to reschedule if there is not enough time to safely complete the service.
Membership Appointments
Members are encouraged to book appointments in advance to ensure preferred availability.
Membership services are intended for the active member only and are non-transferable.
Missed appointments and late cancellations are subject to the same cancellation policy as all other appointments.
Monthly membership services do not roll over unless otherwise stated in your membership agreement.
Membership pricing is available only while your membership is active and in good standing.
Gift Cards
Gift cards may be used toward services, products, or gratuity unless otherwise stated.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Please treat gift cards like cash. Lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards may not be replaced.
Gift cards must be presented at the time of redemption.
