Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that you reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time.

Appointments canceled within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service.

No Show Policy

Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice ("no-shows") will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.

Late Arrival Policy

To ensure that all clients receive their full scheduled appointment time, we ask that you arrive on time for your appointment.

Clients arriving late may have their service time shortened to avoid delaying subsequent appointments. Full service fees will still apply regardless of the shortened treatment time.

If you anticipate being late, please contact us as soon as possible. Arrivals that are significantly late may be considered a missed appointment and may be subject to our cancellation and no-show policies.

Payment Policy

A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve all appointments. By booking an appointment, you authorize Remedy Studio LLC to charge the card on file for any applicable cancellation fees, no-show fees, or outstanding balances in accordance with our policies.

Payment is due at the time services are rendered.

We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and other approved forms of payment.

Any cancellation fees, no-show fees, or outstanding balances must be paid before future appointments can be scheduled.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Clients will be informed of current pricing at the time of booking.

Gratuities are appreciated but never expected and are not included in service pricing.

Health & Safety Policy

The health, safety, and well-being of our clients and practitioners are our highest priorities.

Clients are asked to reschedule their appointment if they are experiencing symptoms of illness, including but not limited to fever, cough, sore throat, vomiting, diarrhea, or any contagious condition. If you arrive for your appointment exhibiting symptoms of illness, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment to protect the health and safety of others.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date health information, including any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, medications, or changes in health status that may affect treatment.

Practitioners reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if a service is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or contraindicated based on a client's health condition or behavior.

All treatment rooms, equipment, and commonly touched surfaces are cleaned and sanitized according to professional standards between appointments.

By booking and attending an appointment, clients acknowledge their responsibility to communicate relevant health information and to follow all health and safety guidelines established by Remedy Studio LLC.
